Resolution criteria

Resolves YES if a SpaceX Starship booster (super heavy) achieves a successful powered landing and is recovered (caught by chopsticks, landed on a ship, or landed on a pad) during any launch attempt before 2026-12-31 23:59 UTC. Resolves NO if no such recovery occurs. A full catch or pad landing counts; a splashdown or loss of vehicle does not count. Uses SpaceX official mission outcomes and independent tracking (NASASpaceFlight.com).
