Resolves NO if the new hero: is a new character who has not been seen before (e.g. Mythrakid), is a crossover from an external franchise (e.g. Cloud from Final Fantasy, Kalas from Baten Kaitos), has already featured in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 (e.g. Shania, Mwamba, Na'el) or is set to debut in Xenoblade Genesis (e.g. Eleanor).
