Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if the all-items Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers twelve-month percentage change in BLS's first July 2026 CPI release is 3.5% or lower. Resolves NO if it is above 3.5%. Use the not-seasonally-adjusted twelve-month figure as initially published; later corrections and revisions do not count. If publication is delayed, the market remains unresolved until BLS publishes the applicable release.
