Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if any Treasury Debt to the Penny record dated from August 5 through August 31, 2026 inclusive reports Total Public Debt Outstanding of at least $40,000,000,000,000. Otherwise resolves NO after Treasury has published all records through August 31. Later revisions do not change the result. If the final applicable records are delayed, the market remains unresolved until they are published.
